To be honest, I have no idea what this thing is.
Reminds me of what my dad called a slush-dip when he was ice fishing, or the thing that gets french fries out of the oil, but it's TWO-handled, and the handles are too short for most things.
If you know what it is, please let me know.
It's sturdy, heavy, and 14 inches long.
