[I have been working the last few years on helping to liquidate the estates of 2 family members and 2 dear friends.
One of the projects was clearing out everything from a large lake house in southern Michigan.
Most of the ads for those items have been posted for well over a year now, which would put them in the top 3 days postings for over a month, in total.
From now until the end of this year, everything listed in this, and any of the other lake house estate ads (about 100) is ‘on sale’ for 25% off the original, fair-to-cheap posted price.

I inherited a nice Designer's Edge twin power light that I cannot use.
It has a telescoping base and the two lights independently pivot and tilt.
Electrical receptacle in the base and secure compartments for spare bulbs.
Overall a pretty nice piece of equipment - MUCH nicer than their regular twin power light.
Everything on it works fine, I just don't know what I'd ever use it for.
Selling it for $40.
