[I have been working the last few years on helping to liquidate the estates of 2 family members and 2 dear friends.
One of the projects was clearing out everything from a large lake house in southern Michigan.
Most of the ads for those items have been posted for well over a year now, which would put them in the top 3 days postings for over a month, in total.
From now until the end of this year, everything listed in this, and any of the other lake house estate ads (about 100) is ‘on sale’ for 25% off the original, fair-to-cheap posted price.

I have a six-foot chain in a vinyl sleeve that I was told is used on boats, or jet skis, for securing without scratching.
I'm not totally sure that is what it is for.

I have a brand new Grandpa's Weeder to sell.
This was still in the sealed box that it was delivered in until I slit the sealing tape to see what it was.
Never used.
The same thing sells at Home Depot or Amazon for $40.
