[I have been working the last few years on helping to liquidate the estates of 2 family members and 2 dear friends.
One of the projects was clearing out everything from a large lake house in southern Michigan.
Most of the ads for those items have been posted for well over a year now, which would put them in the top 3 days postings for over a month, in total.
From now until the end of this year, everything listed in this, and any of the other lake house estate ads (about 100) is ‘on sale’ for 25% off the original, fair-to-cheap posted price.
I will add this notice to the top of each ad as I renew them throughout the month of November.

I have seven used caulking guns to sell.
All seem to work fine.
Not sure why anyone needs 8, but he did, so someone else might.
Comes with the 4 tubes of various stuff.
three of those are never-opened, but I don't know if they are still any good.
