Virutex edge Bander - $550

I bought this and can’t figure out how to rewire the European plug.
It runs on 220.
I took apart the switch and hooked up 220 black and red wires.
With these two wires was able to run heat and cut off blade which cut band to length.
The blue wire I have not hooked up because I don’t want to hurt machine.
Not sure where to hook it to but am assuming it runs the two trimmer blades since that motor is not running.
The same model number is still being made.
