*Job Summary – Regional Sales Manager- Body Shop*
The Regional Sales Manager will be an experienced automotive paint and supplies salesperson that is highly skilled in all aspects of sales and possess experience selling automotive paint.
To be successful, you should have experience developing sales strategies and a track record of year of over year sales growth.
You will be expected to develop and present sales proposals to new and existing customers to highlight the benefits and advantages of doing business with NAPA/MPEC.
_*Duties/Responsibilities:*_
* Work within assigned region to identify sales opportunities
* Develop and execute sales growth strategies for assigned region
* Identify highest potential targets and create a business plan to gain market share
* Provide technical information, explanations, and coordinate training to customers
* Call on existing and prospective accounts to increase sales opportunities
* Meet or exceed sales quota for assigned region
* Meet or exceed new sales goals for assigned region
* Complete sales call reports and utilize sales tools to identify opportunities
* Resolve customer complaints and service issues
* Review pricing profiles and recommend strategic pricing adjustments
* Create and maintain positive and professional relationships with company store teams

_*Education and Experience:*_
* High school diploma, GED or Associate’s degree
* Five + years of B2B sales experience
* Three + years Body Shop paint and equipment sales
* Strong Industry and competitive landscape knowledge
* Enthusiastic and proactive team player
_*Physical Requirements:*_
* Must be able to lift and move merchandise of up to 40 poundsand occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
* Move engine blocks, core barrels, and other heavy equipment using moving aids designed to move such items, including hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts
* Bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with use of stool or ladder when necessary Must be able to lift and move merchandise of up to 40 pounds
