Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Independent
Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In this role,
you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities,
managing client relationships, and closing sales deals to drive
revenue growth for our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients through cold calling,
networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and
client needs to effectively pitch our digital advertising
solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,
understanding their advertising needs and proposing
customized solutions that meet their objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize
profits while ensuring clients' satisfaction.
• Work closely with the marketing and ad operations teams to
ensure successful campaign execution and to identify upsell
opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market
trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth
opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for
experience in digital advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the
ability to persuade and close deals.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and
market trends to make informed sales strategies.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve
sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is
preferred.
