*Job Summary:*
TSR Concrete Coatings & ReVamp Companies are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our polyurea concrete coatings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, experience with concrete coatings and flooring solutions, and a passion for building relationships with clients.
We have experienced rapid growth within the last 6 years, and we’re looking for a great addition to the team! This is a full-time, commission-based position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients
* We provide *3 - 5 preset appointments per day*
* *NO COLD CALLING* - Self generated sales are encouraged
* Weekly Commission on sales and monthly sales bonus program
* Generate new business through prospecting and networking activities
* Present and promote our polyurea concrete coating solutions to potential clients
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
* Stay current on industry trends and developments
* Our company has embraced the digital age and opportunities will be given to the individuals that show aptitude with digital contracts, Ipads, and cloud based software!
*Requirements:*
* 1+ years of outside sales experience, with a focus on concrete coatings and flooring solutions is always welcomed
* In-home sales experience strongly preferred
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets & closing sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* *Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation*
