Responsibilities
-Solicits new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
-Consults with customers and advises on various aspects of insurance.
-Analyzes customer portfolios to provide enhanced insurance solutions.
-Meets new business production goals and objectives.
-Develops insurance quotes, generates sales.
-Processes customer policy change requests.
-Handles incoming claim calls from customers.
Requirements
-Possesses a strong willingness to learn and is resourceful, with a solid work ethic.
-Possesses a positive attitude, is a good team player.
-Thrives in a competitive but uplifting environment.
-Strong ability to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up, with a sense of urgency.
-Self-starter who works well independently.
-Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing preferred.
-Property & casualty and life & health licenses preferred, but will provide training to become licensed.
