As a Life Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling life insurance policies within the district.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around fostering relationships with current clients, identifying opportunities for life insurance conversions, and supporting agency owners in selling higher-end life insurance products.
Additionally, you will be responsible for educating district agents on effective life insurance marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer conversations.
Your contribution will be instrumental in driving district-wide goals and achieving growth in life insurance sales.

Responsibilities
Life Policy Sales:
Actively engage with current clients to promote and sell life insurance policies.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' life insurance requirements.
Present suitable life insurance options tailored to clients' financial goals and circumstances.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy sales for tracking and reporting purposes.
Conversion Identification:
Analyze existing client portfolios to identify opportunities for life insurance conversions.
Initiate targeted outreach campaigns to encourage clients to upgrade or modify their existing policies.
Collaborate with agency owners to develop conversion strategies and implement action plans effectively.
Support for Higher-End Insurance Sales:
Assist agency owners in identifying prospective clients for higher-end life insurance products.
Provide guidance and resources to facilitate the sales process for premium life insurance offerings.
Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high-value insurance transactions.
Education and Training:
Conduct training sessions and workshops for district agents on life insurance marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer conversations.
Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to enhance agents' knowledge and skills in life insurance sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to deliver relevant and timely training content.
District Growth and Goal Achievement:
Work closely with district leadership to establish and communicate life insurance sales targets and growth objectives.
Develop and implement initiatives to drive district-wide engagement and participation in life insurance sales activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress updates to district management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in life insurance sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Life and health license required.
