and many other employee perks such as company sponsored family outings, baseball games, holiday party and luncheons! SUMMARY Sells parts and accessories to wholesale parts customers and actively solicits wholesale accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Bill out all parts on a repair order or invoice prior to giving the parts to customers daily.
Provide courteous and efficient service to all parts customers.
Handle all types of customer sales transactions daily.
Receive telephone orders and expedite telephone requests promptly.
Receive cores and warranty parts for credits and returns daily.
Report stock discrepancies to manager daily.
Assist in housekeeping of parts department daily.
Issue purchase orders per company policies daily.
Assist cop shop personal getting parts for both GM/Ford daily.
Inspect shipments at loading and unloading for damage and quantity daily.
Stock all parts in correct bin and/or location daily.
Maybe required to perform all other duties and task as directed by management.
Check in all UPS/FedEx/GM parts in a timely fashion daily.
Pull parts returns and fill out appropriate paper work for credits daily.
Package and ship return to vendors in a timely fashion daily.
Receive cash/checks/credit card payments from customers daily.
Assist in new development of new model stock.
Develop truckload orders for sheet metal/engines.
Monitor and post eBay Internet sales daily.
Answer Emails for parts departments daily.
Assist in physical inventory annually.
Secure building at close daily.
Prepare shipments for outgoing deliveries.
Assists wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Locates or orders parts as needed.
Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
Maintains and solicits wholesale accounts in person and by telephone.
Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts.
Maintains professional appearance.
Maintain a high level of grooming, shaven and uniform appearance daily.
MARGINAL DUTIES include the following.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
