However, they are now used as more open communal spaces, which are free to be utilized for eating, (non-excessive) couching, weights, workouts, maybe some camping gear, tools etc.
Apartment also includes full bath and full kitchen with a large communal dining area.
Apartment is on the 2nd floor/top floor.
Unfortunately no pets, since this is a shared space and some people may have allergies.
No women, no kid (OCCASIONAL overnight guest Ok.
) Smoking in your room OK.
Transportation: near the 5/2 & 6 trains as well as #36 Bus.
The rooms are all inclusive, so utilities included, shared couch and a place for weights and such.
1st month rent + 1 month security deposit to move in.
