This role requires three different sections; our takeout operation, hosting and bussing.
They will interlock and teamwork will be necessary.
* Ability to connect with guests and team members

* Greet guests and answer phones in a timely manner with proper etiquette

* Update reservation software, managing rotation, reservations and seating
* Ensure side work and cleaning standards are met
* Complete shift prep lists daily
* Proper cash handling and accurate checkouts
* Ensure sanitation standards are upheld
* Taking and executing takeout orders
* Share LTO’s (limited time only, special features)
* Run out orders to cars curbside
* Ensure sanitation of tables, restrooms, and high touch surfaces are upheld
* Assist service for all Sales Associates and Bartenders
* Partner with dishwasher and FOH team
