Child care assistants

Responsibilities: - Provide care and support to children in a nurturing and safe environment - Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, cognitive, and social development - Assist with behavior management and implement positive discipline techniques - Create a structured routine for children that includes meals, nap times, and playtime - Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times - Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the individual needs of each child - Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children Qualifications: - Experience in nannying, caregiving, or related roles - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Familiarity with infant care and early childhood education principles - Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities - Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus - First aid certification is preferred - A background in preschool or early childhood education is desirable We are looking for a caring and responsible individual who has a passion for working with children.
