Job Summary: As an Infant Lead Teacher at tinkrLAB, you will be responsible for the nurturing care, development, and early education of infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months.
You'll create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes each child's physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.

*Responsibilities:*
Care and Supervision:
* Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants in a group setting.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Supervise and monitor infants at all times, ensuring their well-being
Curriculum and Activities:
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage development in areas such as language, motor skills, and sensory exploration.
* Create a daily schedule that balances feeding, diapering, playtime, and rest.
Communication and Collaboration:
* Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication about their child's progress and daily routines.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure consistency in care and curriculum across the center.
* Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of each infant's activities, progress, and any notable incidents.
* Prepare developmental assessments and progress reports as required.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
* Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Child Development Associate (CDA) required.
* Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
* Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
* CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Will need to be fingerprinted/background checked.
* TB Test last 6 months required (or willing to obtain.
