JOB
This position is responsible for the accounting responsibilities for the Michigan Department of Civil Rights.
These responsibilities includes assessing cost distribution criteria and assuring that expenditures are charged to the appropriate programs, developing and modifying coding structures, and processing vouches, adjustments, and transactions for MDCR.
This position will also monitor internal control activities related to the audit and monitoring the Keylight system.

This position generally requires possession of a bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester (36 term) credits in accounting.
Specific information on the education and experience required for different class levels is in the job specifications for the Accountant class.
