Roberts Sinto is currently seeking an Accounts Payable employee to join our Team in Grand Ledge, MI
What You Will Do
General
The Accounts Payable position will:
Match and review invoices (utility bills/expense reports) prior to entry into system via purchase order or miscellaneous entry for payment
Perform general data entry
Monthly credit card account reconciliation on the first day of every month.
Bank reconciliation on a weekly basis
Print checks, process ACH and wire payments on a bi-weekly basis
Process overseas wires on a monthly basis
Filing
Assist senior financial officers as needed
Monthly closing of Accounts Payable and running reports
What We Want From You
2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires MS Office experience.
Syteline or similar ERP system preferred.
Experience with online billing platforms and ACH.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem solving skills are required.
