Summary
As the Senior Financial Analyst based at our recently overhauled campus in Charlotte, MI, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department with financial analysis and reporting as well as analyzing company’s respective business units and the company from a financial perspective.
Supporting the controller with financial reporting and analysis
Analyzing financial data for business efficiencies and to verify accuracy
Assisting in developing statistical and written reports for management
Preparing financial statements and related reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash-flows, budgets, and variance analysis
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual balancing of books and monthly account reviews
Assisting in the development of a financial plan and forecast
Reviewing budget proposals and preparing supporting documentation and justification of proposed budgets
Supporting cost estimating for new and existing products and product options
Aiding in the development of overhead and labor standards
Assisting with special projects, as requested
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, economics, business administration or related field
1+ years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Knowledge of forecasting, financial reports, data collection, data analysis, and evaluation
Knowledge of Plex ERP and OneStream (preferred)
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
