```Duties```
- Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: High School graduate or equivalent.
Some college preferred.
Required Knowledge: knowledge and proficient in Office 365 applications; Word, Specifically Excel, Outlook, Teams
Experience Required: Two to three years of administrative or related experience preferred.

* Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
* Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal team members, customers, vendors, etc.

* Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
* Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.
