Senior Financial Accountant

This role is based out of our Lansing headquarters and currently has some work from home flexibility.

Job functions for the role include: * Report generation and analysis.
* Project * Processing of communications with Operations team members on project sites * Supervision of tracking for employee expenditures and reimbursements * Budget preparation * Project/Joint Venture accounting from A to Z * Assist with monthly and year-end closing.
* Profitability Reviews * Balance sheet Reviews The ideal candidate: * Has exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills * Works effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team (in person and remotely with Teams) * Is advanced to expert level in MS Excel * Percent completion revenue recognition experience * Has a good understanding of month end financial closings.
* Works well with cross functional team members and is customer service oriented.
* eCMS and/or General Contractor or Construction Management company experience * Analysis of current business needs and unlock potential of eCMS software.
* Proficient with 3rd party software and data migration to ERP * Willing to tackle new applications as they arise.
* Greater than 8 years of relevant experience We build on a foundation of trust.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $54,465.
