****Financial Analyst 9-P11The Fiscal Analyst will serve as a Financial Monitor for the Bureau of Community Action and Economic Opportunity.
Position is responsible for providing financial oversight and monitoring of contracts administered by the Bureau.
This position would be assigned a portion of community action agencies/limited purpose agencies (CAA/LPA) that operate the federally funded Weatherization Assistance Program, Community Services Block Grant, and other funding flowing to CAA’s through MDHHS and perform annual financial monitoring of their assigned agencies to ensure reimbursed expenditures are in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and policy.
Financial Analyst 12As a recognized resource for the Bureau of Community Action and Economic Opportunity, the Fiscal Analyst is responsible for providing financial oversight and monitoring of contracts administered by the Bureau.
This position would be assigned 10 of the 30-Community Action Agencies/Limited Purpose Agencies (CAA/LPA) agencies, that operate the federally funded Weatherization Assistance Program, Community Services Block Grant, and other funding flowing to Community Action Agencies through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).
