Seeking a experienced Office Assistant/accounting professional who is has advanced skills in QuickBooks Pro.
* Prefer Full Time but will work with Part Time
* 2+ years of *QuickBooks Pro*
* 2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting or business management
* Skilled in *Accounting* - AR / AP / GL / GJ and P&L, Balance Sheet & Purchasing
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial reporting for management.
* Must be proficient in PC based systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook applications
* Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent English, both verbal and written
* Ability to work with vendors, customers and associates
* Various office duties might fall outside of this realm as well and must be able to adapt to a changing environment.
* Manufacturing experience a plus
* Must have previous accounting/office experience
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $16.
