Mason Preschool & Childcare is currently hiring for the position of:
Infant and Toddler Room Assistant
We are looking for a flexible, motivated, compassionate, responsible, energetic, and up beat person to join our staffing team.
I have a full and an afternoon part time position available.
Your schedule may change week to week, but we try to keep it as consistent as we can.
This position involves working with children between the ages of birth through 2 1/2, with the possibility of working with children up to 13 years old.
Shifts: 8-3 OR 2-close (6:30ish), flexible around your schedule.
Hours of Operation: 6:30 am to 6 pm
Job Responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
Following Lead Teacher directions, daily interaction and imaginative play with adults and children, following and implementing lesson plans and schedules, changing diapers and potty training, feeding infants and assisting young toddlers with food, assessing child behavior, health, safety, and development throughout the day, outdoor play, multi-tasking, being a team player, cleaning and sanitizing toys, furniture, equipment, and other parts of the room and building.
SIGN ON BONUS
Experience is preferred.
\* Please note- Cell phones are not allowed while you are working.
\* Before hiring, a criminal background clearance will need to be passed and a TB test will need be on file.
Once you have been hired you will need to complete child and adult CPR and First Aid Certification (if not obtained already).
