Child Care Manager

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians - Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times - Administer first aid or seek medical attention when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment Qualifications: - Higher education teaching or education administration experience is preferred - Previous experience working with children or students is required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
