Job Description Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, online and credit card transactions Entering vendor invoices into the company database Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries Disburse petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation Resolves deductions by entering adjusting entries Provide requested material via email or mail Utilizing the company database to document all purchasing notes and call information in a paperless environment Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions Make payments/pay bills via check or credit card Some general ledger work Additional support duties as assigned Requirements Ability to read and write in English High attention to detail/thoroughness Work in a fast-paced environment High School diploma or equivalent Able to keep things confidential Data entry skills and knowledge of accounting databases Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Overtime may be required Hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Policies Non-smoking premises Job Type: Full-time Core Values 1.
