Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator CommonSail Investment Group Full Time - In Person or Remote (EST) Requirements/Qualifications Experience working in Accounts Payable Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Analytical Skills Accounting software experience NetSuite experience preferred Position Summary Completes invoicing process: sets up invoices for payment in the accounting system, and review for accuracy Processes payables: Codes and enters into the accounting system, communicates with vendors regarding the status of payables and open issues.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Builds vendor relationships: vendor file maintenance and reconciliation; corresponds with and responds to inquiries, resolves discrepancies Payment processing: processes payments to vendors through various payment methods, processes manual requests with data entry, obtains proper signatures Mailing checks and filing documents as needed Researches requirements and retains appropriate vendor insurance Prepare analysis of accounts and assist in month-end closing, produce monthly or other reports as needed Work toward continual improvement of the overall organization Performs other similar or related duties as necessary Connecting Seniors, Families and Communities For over 37 years, our senior living communities have served seniors and their families across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, and Tennessee, with each location offering unique services including independent, enhanced, and assisted living, as well as memory care and rehabilitation and skilled nursing.
