Accounts Receivable Responsibilities: Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling discrepancies Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transaction Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner Physical Requirements: Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to perform frequent, repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movements 7+ hours per day Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred Strong understanding of financial concepts Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in a financial services or technical accounting role is a plus If an offer of employment is extended, it will be conditional upon successful clearance of a background check and drug screen for illegal substances.
