Ionetix is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the general ledger accounts and prepare financial reporting in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to work with a fantastic group of individuals who are all dedicated to having careers with a purpose.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
Administer and maintain the general ledger accounts & activities on a daily basis.
Conduct monthly and year-end closings in a timely manner; Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Prepare and posts journal entries, including monthly and year-end closing entries using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (NetSuite).
Administer balance sheet accounts’ reconciliations.
Investigate and correct reconciled items.
Capitalize assets; Manage depreciation and amortization of expenses.
Ensure all inventory, fixed assets, and other items are accurately recorded by company, department, and location levels.
Handle intercompany transactions/allocations, recordings, and reconciliations.
Prepare and lead the annual audit and all related supporting documentation.
Develop and strengthen accounting workflows, policies, and procedures.
Initiate and maintain positive relationships with employees, departments, vendors, suppliers, customers, and resource partners, to support business operations and company profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
Five (5+) years of accounting experience
Ability to effectively present and deliver financial information, respond to questions, and initiate ongoing, continuous improvements
