We are looking for an *Payroll/HR Assistant* to assist coordinating all human resources practices and processes.
An *Payroll/HR Assistant* is the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete *Payroll/HR Assistant*'s job description and specification.
*Duties Include (but not limited to):* * Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding (completing all new hire paperwork) new employees.
As well as Independent Contractors and vendors.
* Assisted development and/or Modification of positions within the company by direction of management.
Including, but not limited to, developing new Job Roles/Positions, modifying existing descriptions for vacant/filled positions, and managing job postings as directed by management.
* Handling all Employee Benefits and packages.
Ensuring that is within compliance with federal law, state law, and company handbook.
Including, but not limited to, reaching out to employees after qualifications are met to receive company benefits.
* Employee Payroll for 300 employees.
Paycor/ADP Experience is a plus.
* Working in collaboration with personnel to identify HR issues or problems and provide support in finding solutions (if applicable).
* Aid in further developing company culture * *Qualifications include:* * Undergraduate Degree in a similar/related field.
Human Resources is a plus * 6 months to 1 year of related experience * 1+ years of Administrative Experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.
