Responsibilities:
* Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
* Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to determine tax liability.
* Identify potential tax deductions and credits for clients.
* Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
* Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any tax-related questions.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
Experience:
* Previous experience in tax preparation or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Familiarity with public accounting or corporate accounting processes.
* Strong analytical skills to accurately analyze financial data.
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
* Preferred: CPA.
You will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of the tax system.

The compensation structure is based on skillsets and experience.
