*Key Responsibilities: *
· Daily banking activities
· Cash flow and account balances as directed
· Enter invoices, A/R, and A/P into accounting system
· Inventory reconciliation, including financial closes
· Prepare and submit financial reports
· Work as a team creating budgets, financial projections, and capital expenditure projections.
· Provide support to other members of the accounting team and general office staff
*What we’re looking for: *
A candidate for this position will possess the following:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant professional experience
· Minimum 5 years’ experience with A/R, A/P, accruals, depreciation, month end closes, budgeting, and projections
· Strong math and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and one or more accounting programs
· Formal accounting experience with an understanding of GAAP, standardized work procedures and processes
